It truly feels like just the other day, not almost a year ago, that I met up with Alanna and Jon down at the Burlington Waterfront for their engagement session. And don’t these two look incredible! My heart always does a little happy dance when my couples arrive and I just know they have had a read through my client style guide. I absolutely loved how Alanna’s choice of outfits worked with our location decisions for this one and Jon was THE BEST sport about me keeping them waaaay longer than we planned because you guys…that spring light!
While I was putting this post together, I had to do a little look back to check I had the dates right. Because I first saw these two gently holding hands across the way from me at a wedding show all the way back in 2015 and remember thinking to myself, yes! Now there’s my type of couple. After chatting at the show, we connected again a few days later to start getting them booked into the diary…in 2017! It felt like forever away at the time, but booking these two into the diary so early on has kept me ALL sorts of excited to get back into the swing of things post-baby and kick off my 2017 season!
Alanna & Jon, you’ve had a couple of plan changes and a lot of life juggles thrown in the mix along the way during the planning process, but here we are you guys. One month to go!
Just one month until you get to say yes to the start of your adventure of forever! And looking back through these images we created just over a year ago, I know that the two of you together are going to make it the most fun ever!
